What data do we process, retain, and store?
We limit the processing of personal data to the minimum necessary. The following data is generally required to carry out the application process:
– Last name and first name; marital status, title; nationality and, if applicable, work permit; address, telephone number
– Date of birth; place/country of birth;
– Data on professional career
Why and on what legal basis do we process your data?
We process your data exclusively for the purpose and within the scope of the application process or, if applicable, on the basis of your consent. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR or, if applicable, Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.
Do we share your data?
Your data will not be transferred to third parties.
Transfer to a third country
We do not normally plan to transfer your data to a third country, unless you yourself are located in a third country.
If your application is rejected, your data will be deleted after 6 months. Upon request and with separate consent, your data may be stored for longer, particularly in the event that a suitable position becomes available at a later date.
Your rights
You have the right
– to request information about your personal data processed by us (Art. 15 GDPR);
– to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us (Art. 16 GDPR);
– to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR) – statutory retention obligations remain unaffected;
– to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR);
– to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR);
– to object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 GDPR);
– to withdraw your consent with effect for the future, insofar as the processing is based on your consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on this legal basis;
– to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company for this purpose.
Necessity and automated decisions
As described above, we only process the personal data we need from you to carry out the application process. Conversely, this means that we cannot properly handle this process or may even have to terminate it if you do not provide us with the necessary data.
We do not use automated decision-making.
