ACC. ART.13 F. BASIC DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (DSGVO)
According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are obliged to inform you about the nature and extent of the processing of your personal data by us and to inform you of your rights in this context.

What data do we process, retain and store?
We limit the processing of personal data to the minimum necessary. The following data are generally required to carry out the application process:
- surname and first name; marital status, title; nationality as well as any necessary work permit;
address, telephone number
- date of birth; place/country of birth;
- career data
For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your data?
We process your data exclusively for the purpose of and within the scope of the application process or, if applicable, on the basis of your consent. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) DSGVO or, if applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) DSGVO.
Do we pass on your data?
A transfer of your data to third parties does not take place
Transfer to a third country:
We do not normally plan to transfer your data to a third country unless you yourself are located in a third country.
Retention obligations and storage period
If you are rejected as an applicant, your data will be deleted after 6 months. Upon request and after separate consent, they can also be stored for longer, especially in the event that a suitable position becomes available at a later date.
Your rights
You have the right
- to request information about your personal data processed by us (Art. 15 DSGVO);
- to request the correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us (Art. 16 DSGVO);
- to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us (Art. 17 DSGVO) - statutory retention obligations remain unaffected;
- to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 18 DSGVO);
- to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller (Art. 20 DSGVO);
- to object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 DSGVO)
- insofar as the processing is based on your consent, to revoke your given consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO). The lawfulness of the processing based on this legal basis is not affected by this;
- to complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO). As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company for this purpose.
Necessity and automated decisions
As described above, we only process the personal data from you that we need to carry out the application process. Conversely, this means that we cannot properly handle this process or may even have to terminate it if you do not provide us with the data required in each case.
We do not use automated decision-making.
